The new SMS-iT Metaverse would contain: 2-way omnichannel messaging 100+ Smart Features and Widgets Metaverse Interactive Direct Marketing Metaverse Social Networking Metaverse Live Events Metaverse Real Estate Metaverse Games Metaverse Marketplace Tokenization Smart Contracts SMS-iT Blockchain Protocol/Network to power the SMS-iT Metaverse A Simple Case Study of the SMS-iT Metaverse - How to get the “Perfect Lead” with our Metaverse using the Interactive Marketing Feature: Once you enter our Metaverse, you would be able to explore and interact with users using intelligent marketing tools. User personas and statistics are available for advertisers, for intelligent decision-making. You would know if a user is a match before you interact, by using a smart rating system. This provides the “Perfect Lead” for marketers. If it's a match, you can then engage with the user. The user would be notified of a reward for engagement. This is where the 50/50 split comes in, as engaged users receive 50% of the advertiser’s bid per user, while we keep 50%. With a successful engagement, the user would be able to buy and subscribe with his/her data. Advertisers can also continue engagement using omnichannel messaging in the real and virtual world.

ShortySMS Integration
Appsumo Has ShortySMS which has to have a Twilio account to use. Why not have ShortySMS integrate with SMS-IT Part of SMS-IT already has (or is coming soon) what shortySMS has and built well!

Native iOS App (instead of web iOS app)
Currently the iOS app is just a web interface portal to the main website. requires login every time difficult to navigate no VOIP integration no native iOS CallKit integration no iOS notifications The current app is a step better than no app. But it would be great to see a native iOS app. streamlined interface access to majority of SMS-iT functionality and settings VOIP Integration Call Recording iOS CallKit enabled iOS Notifications enabled Multi-Account login (and switch between)

SendFox Email Platform Integration (AppSumo Brand)
I use SendFox, the email marketing software owned by the folks at AppSumo. They provide all of the API info etc., for Wordpress and others to integrate with them. Could you PLEASE add this to your platform?

Custom Links for the Mobile Coupons! No SMS-iT branded links.
There should be no SMS-iT branded links when sending Mobile Coupons! The picture in the Mobile Coupons text clearly showing SMS-iT brand. Then once recipient clicks on the Mobile Coupon page link (even if it's cloaked), the landing Mobile Coupon page URL clearly branded with SMS-iT again. This takes away from our brand business! We need the ability to customize Mobile Coupons link with our own business brand. Please let us be able to promote OUR business by creating Custom Links for the Mobile Coupons!

Store First and Last name separately
Most of the time we like to address our customers by their first name only, but for shipping purposes or more formal communication via email, etc. we would like to keep their last name as well. Currently there is only a "name" field in which some customers opt in with their first AND last name, some only list their first name. Even if they did an opt in with both first and last together, we could easily modify the input to the correct fields.

Need Appointment Reminder XXX day/hours before an Appt date Thinking it should be in the Appointment Reminders settings on the Appointment tab (where cancel/confirm/reschedule is). I think that would make sense.... Should be able to schedule a Reminder Text to go to anyone that has an appointment and set at what interval before the appt the text automatically goes out. Should be able to write The reminder email should be based on the Appointment date/time and able to tell it how much before the appointment date to be sent. for instance in Eventbrite - I can schedule an reminder to go out XXX Days or XXX hours BEFORE the event starts. If I have appointments scheduled, I would like to work off that %%Apptdate%% to tell it to send a reminder text that i can customize what is says. Would be great if you can use Custom Fields a well in the text. I use another service a they have a appointment workflow that sends out reminders for appt before and after the appointment with a custom text with even a logo and links if necessary for meeting etc. and booking services like Calendly or Tidy Call already have that built in.

Neat Tags to Have: %DATE% - shows todays date %DATE+1% - shows tomorrows date (today+1day) %DATE+N% - N number of days from today (not custom tag but ready to go hard code, like %name%) Ex: (if today was April 20, 2022) Come out for Special B1G1FREE event from: %DATE% - %DATE+3% Customer would see: Come out for Special B1G1FREE event from: 4/20/22 - 4/23/22 Offer Expires: %DATE+5% (if sent on 4/20/22) Offer Expires: 4/25/22 (5 days from 4/20/22) This type of TAG would be great for when sending bulk text at the speed of 100 per time period 100 per day | 100 per week so small business would not get caught up on too many discounted sales for the day, but have a good flow of sms users and regular guests.

Send SMS Filters and Options
When Sending a Single/Bulk SMS Please have options to send 1-2500+ per: Hour | Day | Week | Month. Example: Restaurant Has 15,000+ SMS Subscribers, They want to send a Buy1-GetOne FREE Offer. This filter option will allow a business to send 100 per day so they stay consistently busy with the SMS offers going out automatically to all 15000+ subscribers over a longer period of time VS. them all coming in at ONE TIME. A small hotel may only be able to accommodate a Maximum of 70 SMS offers per day if they are a 70-80 room property.

Sub-Accounts are not working as sub-accounts
The sub-accounts are acting more like "user" accounts: They have access to the main accounts data/settings Any settings changed on sub-accounts changes on all accounts. toggling sub-account "permissions" enables/disables access to the tool (but that tool is directly connected to the main account settings/data. This is more like a user or team member, than a sub-account. Please separate access from sub-accounts and main account. What should happen: sub-account should be completely separate sub-account should not be able to access main account settings/data maybe need "permssions" and "access", or "features". ---- Example: one set of toggles is for features to be enable/disabled inside a sub-account. one set of toggles is for the sub-account to access the main account data.

This idea is a game changer.
